Vision Division is a film and sound production house with a track record of producing high quality corporate videos and celebrated short movies.
Filmmaker Fiona O’Connell established the business in 1999. A graduate of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology’s Media Studies degree, Fiona is an experienced writer, producer, director and editor, with 15 years of experience working in the film and video production industries.
Fiona’s passion for directing has culminated in many successful productions ranging from web movies to feature-length DVDs.
She has also written and directed three short films, At the End of the Day, With Hope and The Road Ahead, all of which have gained distribution and screenings at major festivals including Palm Springs Shortfest USA, Uppsala International Short Film Festival Sweden and São Paulo International Film Festival Brazil.
As a producer Fiona has helped realise the vision of countless clients and collaborators. In 2009 she produced the short film Strangers on a Sushi Train, which screened at Flickerfest 2010 and in the Flickerfest National Tour.
